Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means that you have 30 days to request a return after you have received your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, i.e. unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that the customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the product to the warehouse unless the product is damaged or does not meet the description.
To initiate a return, you can contact us under the "contact" heading. If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return has been accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you when we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether or not the refund was approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund using your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
